Danielle Armstrong

Danielle was born in Western New York.  She graduated from the State University of New York at Purchase College where she graduated with her BFA in Dance and BA in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Communications and Media Studies.  Upon graduation she moved to New York City to pursue her dance career.  In 2002 she became a certified Pilates instructor through Pilates Inc.  under the tutelage of Romana Kyrzanowska a protege of Joseph Pilates.  She worked in studios in New York and Connecticut until she opened her first studio Classical Pilates, LLC in Norwalk, CT.  Her husbands jobs brought Pilates teaching to studios in Charleston, SC and most recently South Florida. In 2011 she opened Pilates Life in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  In 2013 she teamed up with Lolita San Miguel, one of two people who recieved a certificate of certification from Joseph Pilates.  In 2014 Danielle completed Lolita's Master Mentor Program becoming a second generation Master Teacher and was chosen to be an educator of Lolita's Legacy, a teacher training program developed by Lolita herself.  Now Danielle works along side Lolita at Pilates Life, Home of Lolita's Pilates Center.
