I am an energetic eclectic fitness instructor. I love exercising and moving. I grew up playing sports to include soccer, softball, and women’s ice hockey. I started teaching fitness in February 2015 and haven’t stopped since! I have expanded my expertise across a multitude of fitness types, I participate and train in 5k, 10k, and triathlon races. I teach between 9 and 12 classes per week at two different fitness centers.
