Always an athlete, I became fully interested in the fitness world over 13 years ago. Wanting to challenge myself, I made a commitment to sign up for the INBF Figure competition. I placed third. Yes, my suit was pink.

Now, you can find me (and my pink water bottle) teaching group fitness in locations across Central Massachusetts. I am an ACE certified GFI and look forward to adding more certifications in the next 1-3 years.

Early mornings and lots of time at the gym leaves very little desire to do my hair. True story. When I'm not leading group fitness, running bootcamps, or at the gym, I can be found with my 3 kiddos, hiking in the woods, riding my bike, snowboarding, or eating pizza.
