Sherri has been teaching yoga for 19 years. She teaches a Vinyasa style of yoga with some Hatha included as well. She was certified in 2018 in a 200 hour YTT program at the Yoga House in Abilene, Tx. She also received a certification in Les Mills Body Flow Yoga with some Tai Chi & pilates incorporated into the class, this was obtained in Abilene, Tx as well in 2006. She has always been active in fitness since she was a young girl, growing up with active parents & siblings. She began her fitness journey around 1981 & has continued through the present. She is active with cardio fitness & weight training 6 days a week as well as 5-6 classes of yoga per week. She is very driven to be healthy & fit to keep up with her many grown children & grandchildren who as also very active. She feels its very important to be a positive & active role model that they can emulate. Eating healthy is a very big part of that picture as well.  She also loves to teach others about a healthy diet & keeping active as a part of a healthy lifestyle.
