Leah Ballard

Hello! My name is Leah Ballard. I am a licensed Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Zumba Kids/Kids Jr instructor, and Plate by Zumba Coach. I have been in the wonderful business of instructing Zumba classes now for over 3 years. I absolutely love the joy and excitement of the music and moves. The energy of the participants is amazing too! 

I am a certified Group Exercise Instructor the AFAA. Additionally, I'm currently working on a Health Coach certification, which I am absolutely pumped about! Health Coaching allows me to take all of the wonderful nutritional information from Plate by Zumba and coach clients in the area of nutrition.

I love working with people that want to better themselves and want to enjoy the journey. Through GroupX and Health Coaching I've met many people across the United States. I hope to see many more across the the world through this program.

By day I'm a high school Health teacher. I love that my passion gets to be lived out all day everyday!
