JASMINE ROSAS

Hello my name is Jasmine Rosas, I am a Strong by Zumba instructor and have been licensed since January 2019.  I currently own my own fitness studio and have been involved with fitness now for about 6 years.    I was not one to work out or eat healthy but once I reached the age of 35 and my children were teenagers I realized that it was time that I took care of myself.  I wasn't doing such a good job at it.  I then began dating a great man that had just got into fitness himself and together we fell in love with each other and fitness.   Working out is my outlet, my get away.
