I am a Group Fitness Instructor currently teaching between 18-20 classes per week, a presenter and a trained dancer with over 25 years of experience and training. I specialize in choreography classes ( Cardio Dance Jam, Zumba, Ballet-Pilates and hip-hop dance), POUND, HIGH fitness, ZUMBA STRONG, hardcore cross-training, and Cycling classes. I am currently a certified AFAA instructor and a STOTT pilates instructor with a 100 hour core yoga certification. I also was a Freemotion Master Trainer specializing in incline training, Rapid Fit and TRX. My passion is to be able to motivate and inspire people through my teaching and classes that i teach. I have packed classes at my gym with up to 100 people attending my classes. I have unique insights into music, choreography design and biomechanics that help me create heart pumping classes that are addicting and FUN!!!
