I have attended group fitness classes all of my adult life and in 2014 decided that I wanted to share my love for fitness and wellbeing with others. In 2014, I obtained my Fitness Instructor Specialist certification and have been teaching Group Fitness classes since then. I decided that I wanted to expand my education, experience and offerings so in September of 2018, I obtained my 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certification and have been teaching Yoga since then.
