I am an energetic Personal Trainer with a strong background in a variety of areas of fitness which include dance (18 years ballet/jazz)/Barre, Yoga(over 200 hrs), Pilates , Children's Fitness, Active Aging,, Strength Training (power circuit/HITT), Cyclefit, TRX, Aquafit and Core Fusion/Stretch. 

I have a current certification with Precision Nutrition (Sports Nutrition), and I am employed with Lululemon as a Life Coach for North America employees 

I have a successful background as a long distance runner (15 plus years) and triathlete.  I am also a Program Director for Jeff Galloway Productions/Run Disney.

 

Since 2018,I have been employed with the YMCA  as a Certified Aquafit, Strength, Cyclefit, and Yoga Instructor (200 hours).   I also have been a certified Personal Trainer since 2016   I currently teach 18 classes a week, so I am very versatile when I comes to teaching  my classes are extremely popular  

I have a love of yoga and teach various levels of vinyasa, yoga nidra, Yin yoga and pranayama  I also have a passion for mat Pilates and core work  

I have been travel teaching for many years and I can assure you I always go above and beyond to ensure fantastic guest experience  

 For over 10 years, I have coached for Run Disney’s head trainer here in Canada - personal training and endurance run training  

I have worked with individuals with injuries for the past 34 years for  the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board where I assisted individuals in their recovery and re-entry into the workplace.  I possess a valid CPR/First Aide level A and C 

  I am so excited and grateful for this  opportunity to travel and teach what I love.
