Emily Rabinowitz is a mom of two tenacious and beautiful children (14 & 15), and a wife of an outdoor cyclist who was also a ski instructor for over 20 years.
Born in the suburbs of Chicago, Emily spent most of her childhood on stage as a triple threat. Summers as a child were spent at 8-week overnight camp exploring nature and discovering new talents. After graduating high school she attended college in upstate NY, Skidmore College, with a major in theater with a focus in performance and directing.
She then spent two years studying and working in London. It wasn't long after that she made her way to LA where she worked as a talent agent, and was introduced to SPIN in 2000. She has been addicted ever since. The combination of exercise, well placed body form, and enthusiastic music encompasses everything that keeps her both physically and mentally strong.
Chicago is once again her home where she continues to teach indoor cycle and is certified to teach STRONG Nation while balancing a full time job. She directs local theater, and spends as much time as possible with her family.
