Mindy began practicing yoga as a way to relieve the stress associated with a demanding work schedule. An avid  swimmer and runner, Mindy quickly discovered that yoga is a powerful tool for building strength and flexibility. She also credits her practice with helping her stay healthy and active while pregnant with her two young children.

Mindy enjoys working with new students to build strength and confidence, and she is passionate about helping athletes improve their performance and prevent injuries through yoga.
