I grew up in Thailand until age 11 when I moved to Fort Worth, TX. I played football in high school and went out for the track and field team in the offseason. Upon graduating, I enrolled in the University of North Texas and majored in Finance. I soon found out that the corporate environment was not for me, and so I ventured out in search of a more personally satisfying path.
I had always been interested in fitness, calling my personal workouts “time set aside just for me.” Knowing my goal in life was to help others, and because fitness had helped me so much personally, in 2006 I decided to become a strength coach and guide others toward their personal fitness goals. I began “training to be a trainer” by getting a variety of certifications including: CSCS Certified Strength and conditioning specialist from NSCA, Precision Nutrition level one, TRX suspension trainer level one, Sports level medicine two, and TRX suspension group training level one. In 2013, I began to plan out his own studio to train his growing clientele.
I am passionate about what I do. “I want everyone to move better, feel better, and perform at the highest level they can. The most rewarding thing for me is seeing the positive changes in my clients’ lives, in and outside of the gym.” My best advice for people trying to get back in shape is simply, “Start moving and clean up your diet.”
