Jeanette Schmidt

My name is Jeanette Schmidt.  I live in Colorado and I am married with 2 children.  I love being outdoors soaking up as much sunshine and fresh air as possible.  I enjoy riding my bike, hiking, camping and gardening.  My passion is yoga and being able to share it with others has been a dream come true.  I am a certified 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.  As of June 13, 2019, I will also be certified in Level 1 Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy.
