Alison Lubin

Hi there, My name is Ali and I am a 35 year old, mother of 2 boys who has reentered the wonderful world of fitness. I did my undergraduate degree in phys. ed. and exercise physiology, and combined that with a degree in dietetics to be a very well rounded fitness and nutrition expert. I love to teach aerobics, step, sculpt and spin. I am adaptable to almost any other form of group exercise class out there as I am often asked to substitiute for other fitness professionals. I also worked on cruise ships for 5 years on cruise staff (entertaining the adults) as well was also the Director of the Children's prgram. I help both of those positions on Celebrity Cruise Line and Princess Cruise Line. So as you can see I am used to "entertainment/group/on-the-job/hands on travel"
