I fell in love with yoga when I was pregnant with my first child, and practiced prenatal yoga throughout both of my pregnancies. After having two children, yoga became my “me time” and helped me be a more patient mother. Shortly after, I also discovered Inferno Hot Pilates (Hiit) and Barre. The combination of the three helped me on my fitness journey after realizing that two pregnancies and aging were taking their toll on my body and health. I decided to share my love of these modalities with others through teaching private sessions, corporate classes, special events, and group classes.
