Amy began practicing yoga in 2005. Originally interested in yoga as a way to increase flexibility and strength, she soon realized the wonderful calming benefits of a regular yoga practice.
Amy incorporates alignment principles in her classes and encourages students to listen to their body. She especially enjoys introducing beginners to yoga.
She earned both her 200 and 500-hour certification through Prairie Yoga. Additionally, she is a certified Yoga For Healthy Aging instructor.
Outside of her corporate meeting planner career, Amy enjoys spending time cooking and traveling internationally with her husband.
