I love to teach fitness and motivate people. I am a stay at home mother with 3 kids and have been into fitness since I was 12 years old. I teach Spinning 3 times a week and teach Body Sculpt, Kickboxing, Urban Rebounding, Boot Camp and more. I am fun and upbeat and I love what I do. It is a great escape from my kids to motivate and teach others about fitness.
