Gianna Masi

Hi! My name is Gianna Masi, I'm a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. I was a competitive gymnast and a collegiate rower. I'm based outside of New York City area and Greenwich, CT. I worked for the luxury gym, Equinox for 5 years as a trainer and group fitness instructor. Most recently I've been training private high-end clientele and offering nutrition counseling remotely. I have a positive attitude and a relatable personality. I meet clients and classes where they're at, delivering a professional and challenging class or session.
