Laura Krouch

Laura has been a dance and fitness enthusiast for most of her life. She is has a background in theater and the arts, as well as early childhood education and special needs education. She loves to share her joy and passion for fitness, music, and dance with people of all ages. She is a certified Zumba and Zumba Kids and Kids Jr instructor. She lives in the beautiful Pioneer Valley located in Western Massachusetts with her three sons.
