Married with 2 teenage boys. Live on small farm in Olympia, WA. Have worked as a ski instructor, Labor and Delivery Nurse, group fitness instructor for over 9 years. Ceritifed as Personal Trainer, with emphasis on helping folks who are deconditioned and perhaps intimidated by a gym atmosphere. Love to travel and love to help people achieve their goals and live healthy, productive lives.
