- I have always enjoyed practicing yoga since I took my first class in 2005. I have completed my 200 hr RYT in 2020 and my 500 hour RYT in 2022.
- I began teaching my own classes in October 2014 and substitute teaching for a local Yoga studio. I currently teach with an outdoor group one time a week and at the park during the summer. I taught once a week at the hospital to healthcare workers who needed the relaxation and stress relief. I started teaching online once a week during COVID and still do that for select groups. I have especially enjoyed teaching at retreats in Mexico, Punta Cana, and Hawaii.
- My goal is to teach classes that will work up a sweat and then allow you to stretch and recover. I enjoy the calming meditation and breath work during yoga which the beach helps enhance! I love the calming full feeling after yoga class and want to spread the harmony and love. I feel blessed when I have both ladies and gentlemen in my class and afterward they are surprised how great class is and they realize they love yoga. My purpose is to be able to open people up to something new and have them fall in love with it like I am.
