My name is Judy and I am a licensed Zumba Basic and Zumba Gold Instructor. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 4 Years and also hold certifications for Stability Ball training, Pilates, and Basic Yoga. Running, Dancing and Paddle Boarding are my Passions. I have run 3 full Marathons and many Half Marathons and other races. I also Love People, Traveling, and Motivating others any chance I get!
