Yoga has been a part of my life for 15+ years. When my children headed off to college I began teaching full time. I teach many styles, from chair yoga, gentle, basic intro, to heated power flow. My practice is a vinyasas flow, I love creative transitions in and out of poses. Inversions and arm balances are always sprinkled in my classes. The option to modify poses is always offered and suggested where needed, however I give the freedom to kick it up a notch and challenge my students to find their edge and to continue to move that edge.
I’ve taught at gyms, studios, brewery’s, schools, farms... my students ages range from kindergarten to 92. Bodybuilders ask me to take it easy on them, seniors appreciate my gentleness, seasoned yogis are surprised by the uniqueness of my classes.
