Cheryl Alexander

Cheryl Alexander obtained teacher training in 2016 in Saskatoon via the Karma Teachers.  Currently teaching in Saskatoon and area, while attending the University of Saskatchewan.  Has worked in the health care field and is now passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and medicinal plants with those interested from the public.  Taches yin and yoga for chronic pain as well as tauma yoga.
