Beth is a native Texan and veteran personal trainer of 7 years. Her dedication to fitness started as a childhood gymnast, blossoming into educating others on how to also create their journey in health & wellness. Beth’s greatest professional accomplishment does not hone in on one specific moment, yet she expresses that getting to meet and work with all different walks of life is what makes her training style so adaptable. She values being a well-rounded trainer and believes that behavior change adheres with one step at a time. Besides weight training, kickboxing & yoga, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, her Beagle Bosley, Mixed Martial Arts, cooking, and all things music.
