Abbey Hilton

At 22 years old, after graduating from Florida Atlantic University, I began instructing groups at Slash Fitness in Delray Beach, FL.  I grew with the company from the first day it opened.  After working there for five years and realizing I wanted to start my own personal training business, I received my CSCS and became an independent contractor at Impact Sports in Boca Raton.  

After two years there, I was approached with an opportunity to buy in to a gym in Boca Raton (now known as Focus Functional Fitness) and become partners with the guy who founded it.  So now, I am a gym owner with a successful personal training business in Boca Raton.  I teach classes five days per week as well.
