Most people would people would classify me as a sarcastic, easy-going, individual. I am all about having fun, but it does take discipline to control. There are boundaries, but if you can make a person laugh the boundary doesn't matter.
I am a bodybuilding enthusiast at first. I idolized the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dorian Yates, the golden age. I grew up playing several sports such as basketball, soccer, football, rugby, and hockey. Hockey was the one sport I took seriously. Up until the age of 18 I played REP level. I realized the "dream" was over and put my mind into bodybuilding. It has been about 11 Years now, and I have learned so much through experience. I realize fitness is not about the output, but there is more focus on the input. This isn't necessarily a nutrition topic, but a mind frame. What you think, and how you decide you react to life is a much deeper conversation than what you can bench. Fitness and health is literally the quality of life you choose to live. And it's a day to day battle. Every single day a person feels and thinks differently. But, it is up to the being to truly focus on how they want to live regardless of what they may be feeling, or the BS around them. The process is about what you are willing to do now, to set yourself up for the future.
