Nichole Lee

Nichole Lee is the owner, operator, and instructor at Body Sculpt Barre: Northshore, located just north of New Orleans.  Nichole is a natural at the barre as she has danced or taught dance the majority of her life In addition to dance, she has spent many years exploring fitness avenues to keep her body and mind healthy through fitness classes, running, & triathlons. She loves motivating others and giving women a safe place to grow as individuals in their fitness journeys and personal/mental goals.
