Sara Kingsley

Born and raised an AZ girl, but now loving life in TX! Went to school at BYU in Provo, UT, and took some time off to do the College Program at Disney World and LOVED IT! (I love all things Disney). After that. came home at went to school for Physical Therapy to be an assistant. I ended up being able to work with professional sport teams (PHX Mercury and AZ Rattlers). Got married, have 2 beautiful daughters and kinda lost myself and stopped taking care of myself, untll I decided NO MORE! Started going back to the gym, and one day decided to try a Zumba class, and as soon as the music started I started to cry as I was overwhelmed with emotion and I KNEW instantly I had to become an instructor! Now I teach Zumba and Aqua Zumba, and love every minute of it! And definitely looking to expand and keep adding more specialties to my tool belt.
