Ashley Pitzer is a lifetime athlete who was a college swimmer. Eventually she developed a passion for Yoga and became a certified yoga instructor (200 RYT) in 2012. She instantly loved teaching yoga and was blessed with a large following. Ashley practices many different forms of yoga but gravitates towards a more challenging yoga practice. Although that is her personal preference, she teach a gentle yoga as well as a chair yoga class. She teaches a Hatha yoga style too.
Ashley quickly became a Group Exercise Instructor and from their her world exploded with different formats to teach. She taught mixed strength and cardo classes, core and more, Zumba, SilverSneakers, HIIT, Tabata, Aqua and Cycling classes. Although she loves to teach classes, she started training for long distance triathlons and competing in Ironman's. Therefore, she has scaled back what she teaches to yoga, cycling, a movement health class and group training.
Ashley currently manage a Fitness and Group Exercise gym, teaches classes and personal trains. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Recently, she has developed an interest in Powerlifting and has attended some clinic's to become a Powerlifter.
Basically Ashley loves to learn and she loves to improve her fitness health. She strives to help others achieve their health and fitness goals too.
