Stephanie is a certified Canadian Yoga Instructor and mindfulness mentor. She has taught private, public, studio, and volunteer community yoga since 2018. She primarily teaches hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga. Additional experience include teaching restorative, accessible chair yoga, and meditation classes. Stephanie holds an MA (2022) with research focused on the role of mindfulness-based interventions and programs for the individual personal context and organizational development. Stephanie is currently developing workshops surrounding mindful transformation combining yoga, breathwork, meditation, and journaling with intention setting.
