Amanda dabbled in yoga for years before finally becoming a serious practitioner and deciding to become a lifelong student and teacher. She loves yogic philosophy, readings as well as the physical and mental practices of all kinds. Amanda is a RYT200 yoga instructor. She received her 200hr certification from Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA, and is also certified in Yoga Nidra from the ShivaShakti School based in Maine. She hopes to continue on her yoga journey always learning more and spreading her knowledge and teachings to others. Using mindfulness exercises, asana, meditation and various kinds of physical practice. In her free time she loves teaching her two young children about yoga and mindfulness, writing guided meditations, painting, spending time outdoors and enjoying all the seasons and weather that New England has to offer
