Rebecca Hurst

I am a full-time CPA and part-time Yoga instructor. I am also a Primary Group Exercise Instructor.  I received a BA in Business Leadership at William Peace University and MBA from Campbell University. I currently reside in Wake Forest, NC.

I started my yoga journey in 2014 when a friend invited me to a power yoga class. Since then, I have taken countless classes and completed my yoga sculpt certification in 2019, 200-hour power yoga teacher training in 2020, yin training in 2022, and prenatal training in 2024. I have also been leading meditation and sound baths since January 2023. I love to incorporate mindfulness and breathing techniques into my classes to help students let go of external distractions and experience the full benefits of their yoga practice.
