Sara Kane has been in the fitness industry since 2003. She currently enjoys teaching mat based toning and HIIT classes to name a few. Over the last 15 years she has taught a variety of classes including Boot-camp, Pilates, and Kickboxing. She's a full time middle school Physical Education and Health Education teacher, and she just completed her 12th year as a school teacher. She has a bachelors degree in PE and Health from Central Michigan University and a masters degree from Saginaw Valley State University in Technology. She started her group exercise teaching experience at Central Michigan University as a Hi/Lo and step aerobic instructor. Sara's passion for fitness helps motivate and encourage her students to find enjoyment while exercising.
