Angelina Kidd

I am a Pilates, Yoga & Movement instructor and studio owner certified in Stott Pilates Reformer & Mat (essential to advance), 500RYT (vinyasa & restorative), Barre, Fascial Movement, Group Fitness and Personal Trainer. To keep myself strong & healthy I practice Yoga, Pilates, row, walk, hike, run, and cycle. Yoga & Pilates are central to all my workouts. It keeps me injury-free, strong and flexible. Most importantly, it reminds me of the mind-body connection. I grew up on the island of O’ahu Hawai’i where I spent my youth swimming in the ocean, dancing & performing hula, and paddling canoe. I was raised with the diverse cultures and traditions. 

I currently teach private & group sessions to my long term clients of Angelina Pilates, LLC. Sessions include Pilates mat & equipment, bootcamp, Tabata, strength training and Yoga.
