I am a full-time high school teacher who spends her free time traveling, biking, kayaking, hiking, and snorkeling. I love working out and have a passion for helping people incorporate fitness into their busy lives. In 2010 I became certified as a group fitness instructor, and a few years later I became a personal fitness trainer. I incorporate cardio circuits, HIIT, step interval, body sculpting, kickboxing, barre, yoga, and Pilates into my classes. My goal is to lead fun fitness classes that keep my clients smiling while sweating.
