Yoga and Pilates have been a part of my life for over 10 years. I practice and teach with compassion in mind allowing everyone to start where they are and progress from there. In my public yoga classes you can expect mindful flowing transitions from pose to pose and holding some asanas to explore optimal alignment that works for your body. I am always looking for balance between strength and flexibility, effort and ease, muscles engagement and relaxation. Each class is a little different and I encourage safe modifications and use of various props (yoga blankets, foam roller, therapy balls, blocks, etc.) to maximize the benefits of each session. I teach postures, breathing and meditation techniques that people can incorporate in their daily lives. Beginners are always welcome in my classes and experienced yogis will find opportunities to deepen their practice. I am RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with 500+ hours of teaching experience, Stand Up Paddle/SUP Instructor and SUP Yoga teacher.
