I currently live in the Midwest where I am a mother to three. I’m a former lifeguard and college cheerleader turned fitness enthusiast. I’ve completed 4 half marathons, multiple 5Ks, BattleFrog (a navy seal designed obstacle race), and am currently into cycling/hiking. I’ve taught classes such as Barre, Bootcamp, dance fitness, RIPPED, Power Hour and more. My favorite class is any class that involves cardio and weights!
