Kerri Swift

My name is Kerri Swift and I am 39 years old. I have a B.S. degree in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. I live in Monroe, CT with my husband and 2 children. I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor with Results Fitness in Monroe, CT. I am also CPR certified, Bosu certified and Water Safety Instructor certified. I love to teach clients new and fun ways to work. As a Kickboxing Instructor, I am motivating and creative in my classes with great music and challenging routines.
