HELLO~~~

Welcome to my life~. I grew up in New Hampshire, went to the University of Colorado and then back to Plymouth State University to get my awesome degree!!!  Is there anything better than helping our friends find there fitness?  I currently hold 20 separate certifications ranging from general Group Fitness certs, Les Mills, Zumba, P90X, and two seperate Personal Training certs.  I currently own a personal training business and partner with a gym in Laconia NH.  I have an amazing husband, 2 beautiful kids, a dog and 2 cats that round out our family!
