I started teaching Group Fitness classes in 1990 when they just called it "Aerobics". I fell in love with dance fitness and continued to broaden my class formats
from floor jazz-style aerobics to Muscle, Cycle, Kickboxing, Aqua, Step and more. I have two certifications - AFAA and ESA and many "speciality certifications"
including PERSONAL TRAINING and NUTRITION. The classes I teach weekly currently are Cycle, Line Dance, and Muscle Toning. What I'm best known for in my town is
my Line Dancing class which I teach at the local community center and a local bar and grill.
In addition to my adult fitness classes that I also current coach a Kids Running Club, kids K-5, after school.
My overall class goals are safety, motivation, and FUN! If it’s not fun, why do it? :)
