Kristen is a professional Zumba® Instructor teaching out of Southern Illinois! With a mix of pop, international, and hip hop songs, you will be sure to confuse her Zumba® workout for a dance party! While only certified recently, Kristen has been dancing for years and is a professional musician as well! Music and dance are her passions in life. Come join the party!
