Lynette Cordero

Raised in Caracas, Venezuela, I learned the power of health early on in the movement of the dance as a ballerina and later as a mother choosing a new life with my daughters here in the United States. 

My journey to find the peace of making your own moves, for your own well being, for the sake of your own happiness and the stability of the family led me to a deeper understanding of nutrition, exercise and what it takes to build a sustainable healthy life.
