I am a mom of 2 and a wife. I have always worked out, but got serious about it in 2009. In 2010 I got my Group Fitness Certification from AFAA. I love to teach class and help people get in the best shape of their life. I certainly certified in Zumba, Yoga, LesMills Grit, Pound and Group Fitness. I can teach most all general formats: HIIT, Dance Fitness, Cardio, Step, Circuit.
