Joshua Rusch

Joshua Rusch is a strength and conditioning coach in the North Shore of Chicago, IL.  Coach Rusch is a certified NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.  In addition to his work with high school football and track programs, coach Rusch works with young powerlifters and strength athletes.  He still competes as raw powerlifter and on the Illinois strongman circuit when time allows.
