I'm ready to start training you to the beat in my classes! I teach a variety of formats from STRONG Nation, Zumba®, Aqua Fit with water dumbbells, Boxing, Cycle, Dance Fitness, HIIT classes, Stretching and Bodyworks. Many of these classes combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves.
Every class I teach has options for beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels.
