Lisa Hart has been teaching group fitness for over 10 years. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer. She currently teaches Yoga, Barre, Zumba, Mat Pilates, Boot Camp, Strength, Circuit, Core, Aqua and other formats. She has completed her 200 hours of Yoga Training. Lisa is passionate about teaching group fitness and loves helping others reach their fitness goals and become stronger and healthier. A former competitive gymnast and former ice show skater, Lisa has always enjoyed being active. She has a thirteen year old son and has her Master's Degree in Counseling & Psychological Services.
