I am a wife and mother of 3. I was always very active and involved in many sports growing up. After becoming a mother and also working full time, I let myself fall out of shape because of all of the demands life brought. I was overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle that kept me sick and tired most of the time. Around the age of 37, I grew tired of having no energy to keep up with all the demands that life brought. I began to eat healthy and work hard in the gym and lost over 70lbs. When my friends started see the results I was getting, they began to ask for help. I have a background in teaching so teaching others what I was doing came easy. As I was helping my friends, I got certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer. I then opened my own gym where I do personal training and group fitness classes.
