I was born in IL. I started competing in gymnastics at a young age. That led me to dance and cheerleading. I taught gymnastics in high school and taught cheerleading the summer before my freshman and sophomore year of college. I attended Murray State University in KY. I graduated cum laude in three and a half years with a B.A. in psychology. Upon graduation, I joined the Army Reserves. I have always wanted to perform, so I got trained to do stunts in WA where I was living. I needed a "day" job while I pursued performance. Fitness came naturally to me. I liked it, and I was good at it. I have found great satisfaction in helping people improve themselves both physically and mentally. I have worked with all different ages and types of people, and have been able to change their life. It is a great feeling to know that you have been able to take away someone's pain. I have also helped people to move better, feel better, feel good about their appearance, have more energy and confidence, and live longer and more functionable lives.
