Michael Reonegro

My name is Michael Reonegro.  I am 49 years old, born and raised in Toronto ON Canada.  I own a successful small business in Toronto.  I have been married to my lovely wife Elena for the past 27 years and we have 3 wonderful daughters, Vanessa, Jessica and Michela.  Approximately 8 years, I changed my lifestyle and began exercising and watching my food intake and have never looked back. I have competed in various triathlon distances and always challenge myself to beat my personal bests.
